A new take-away sushi restaurant designed by Italian design studio UAU has opened in Turin.
The restaurant, previously a stationary shop, was designed for the sushi brand Sosushi. UAU had to make the most of the small 45m² footprint of the building.
The shop is finished with Plexwood with matte white and magenta furniture. UAU have maximised the small space by trying to give each intersection of materials a use - shelves, benches and cubbies. They have also paid particular attention to the lighting, in part to highlight the food and drink on offer.
