This semi-detached house by Formwerkz attempts to distance itself from the surrounding vernacular architecture
The design seeks to generate the largest internal volume possible.
The front end of the double-pitched roof is splayed away from the party wall to open out for the roof terrace and pool.
The main fenestration of the building looks to the side while other parts of the house are ventilated and lit indirectly through surgical openings.
